EventButler is Denmarks biggest platform for booking venues, meetings and events, with over 600 collaborative partners in all of Denmark. They mediate events for hundreds of millions of DKK.
To achieve their high ambitions they had to have redesigned and optimized their entire platform. In close cooperation the founders of Eventbutler we designed and optimized the platform, so it’s now easier to find the perfect venue for a wedding or request 3 offers for at birthday party.
The design of the new platform is also meant to help keep up the momentum of expanding with new partners because of their new, more professional look and inviting platform.

“The cooperation with 29xstudio has been very satisfying. We’ve through the whole process felt very well guidet and in capable (and safe) hands. The cooperation started with a meeting with creative designer, René, of 29x where we went through an idea generating phase and figured out how the structure of our upcoming design should be.
In this phase René came with a lot of ideas and input to how, we, via the design, could give our visitors a better experience and increasing our conversion rate as well.
A short time after we received the finished design that we could hand over to our developer to implement. A note from the developer was that, the design was very “code-friendly”. It saved a lot of hours in development, because he could implement the design very fast. And it’s no secret that we are very happy about the cooperation with 29x and we still use them for all our design tasks. I would at any time recommend 29x.studio to others.”
