Working closely with HRfamly, we prioritised the most important features and developed the platform iteratively. In just a few months, the core HR system was designed and built with employee management, time registration, meetings, onboarding checklists, equipment tracking and more.

Time registration can easily feel like another task employees are forced to do. So we designed the mobile experience to make it as simple as possible, while giving HR teams a clear overview of hours, absence, leave and compliance-related registrations.

React and Firebase form the foundation of a scalable platform designed to grow with HRfamly’s ambitions. The same integrations power both the web platform and mobile app, while the setup supports real-time data, secure user management and ongoing development.
